Tivo Bolt should be avoided

I have owned a number of Tivo's over the years and always been happy with them. The Bolt is garbage. Reboots many times a day. I bought one because I had to -- the service for my series 2 box was cancelled (so much for lifetime). The first Bolt seemed okay, but suddenly started not being able to play any recordings. Bolt 2, basically failed out of the box. Bolt 3, okay if you do not mind constant reboots. It might be because I have gotten "refurbished" boxes which might mean get it in, ship it out. Whatever, Tivo is starting to look really bad to me, so watch out! Joe

TiVo - Bad customer service

After calling tivo many times about my Tivo bolt, cutting my cable. Was told that it would still work with a digital anttena. Wrong no way it cqn recieve any signal. Totally miss led by customer service. Was suppose to be billed on November 27 for the service. Today is November 6, called to cancel, they charged my card ahead of the due date, and offered no refund This company has a lot to learn about customer service. I was just ripped off by them.
